  Shoppers Beware! The guy that runs this place should NOT be allowed to have a business at the ST. Augustine Outlets. I will never spend another dollar at this place. My wife and I were going to pickup some football gear. We had about 80-90 dollars worth of stuff in our arms. Our son had to use the restroom and my wife said he could go outside the store. As you can image, he was walking fast, not running, walking. The old man yells at my son "stop running this isn't a playpen". I let this one go. . . Then as my wife and I were getting ready to walk to the checkout the old man walks to the area where we were shopping and snatches a key chain off the ground my three year old son left and says, "I guess I will pick this up". At this point, I had enough. I told the only man - "You know what, you can pick all this up too while your at it. We not buying anything from you. You're a jerk! " He replies, "You know what you are" and I said well you're an a-hole. The old man screams at the top of his lungs, "Get the F-word out of my store." A young lady in the store shopping at the time steps in, sir you cannot talk to customers like that. I have been here the entire time. You have no right to treat him or his family the way you have. I don't even know this lady and she is going off on him. The point I am trying to make, people like him should not have a customer facing business, and you have the opportunity to make that happen. I ask for your support - please do not spend your money at a business that treats people so poorly. There is another sports store down on the right. They will treat you and your family a lot better. What a shame, it is nice store if you remove him from the equation. You have been warned.
