  The place is ran down. Probably hasn't been remodeled in years. The rooms are dimly lit.They don't have a bar for some reason all the garden inns do owners must of been on a budget building the place. Breakfast looks like they were struggling they were really busy. I don't know why they don't hire them more help. The restaurant at night was good Justin is nice and makes a good cod fish sandwich. All 4 big hotels are owned by the same company in the beach 3 are nice but this one is crappy what are they waiting for to fix it .
