  Loved this hotel our first visit. I made a reservation to return, however, I had to cancel due to my little one getting sick and we couldn't make it. I cancelled this reservation and thought all was good. Two weeks later, I was charged for the night I cancelled, almost $400! I used a totally different card to book reservation and the owner here took my DEBIT card from the first stay and charged it. I provided proof I cancelled this reservation but the owner is STILL refusing to refund my money. I called 6 times yesterday, left messages and no one returned call until the next day. She claims I made a reservation the same day I cancelled my original reservation on the hotel website direct which I did not. She also states she called and left me a voicemail which I DID NOT get. Do not book a room here especially if you have to cancel because of unforseen circumstances, they will STEAL your info and charge the stay which you DID NOT authorize. Horrible customer service and the owner is RUDE!!
